Dead Short Audiophonics Return and Refund Policy

Dead Short Audiophonics is a Division of The Original Assistant Ltd.

Returns are accepted within 30 days from your order date.  Products must be returned unused and in the exact condition they were when received.

If we ship you the wrong product or product is delivered damaged (not fault of shipping service) we will replace the product free of charge once product is shipped back to Dead Short Audiophonics and inspected.

If you order wrong product, there will be a 20% restock fee on returns.

Products with missing accessories or packaging, as well as products no longer in original condition, may still be possible to be exchanged or returned, with replacement costs and/or product devaluation taken into consideration. This will be at the discretion of Dead Short Audiophonics.

If your purchase included a free shipping allowance, that amount will be deducted from the amount being refunded. Shipping insurance is non-refundable.

Please have your order number in your email along with your request or issue, so our service reps can answer your questions promptly.

For replacement or returns you will be issued an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number.

Dead Short Audiophonics reserves the right to alter our return/refund policy to accommodate customers who are not utilizing the policy in good faith.

There are certain items that cannot be returned for very specific reasons. These items include:

• Special orders
• Software
• Oversized or overweight items
• Discontinued products, closeouts, and used products
• Speakers
• Authorization keys
• Turntable cartridges
• Styli
• Control vinyl
